I am the President and Co-Founder of Azzendo Wealth Advisors, where my primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive wealth management services for each of our clients. I have worked in the financial services industry for over 38 years and have been with the firm since 2005 through all firm identities, bringing continuity and deep institutional knowledge to our practice. My extensive tenure in this industry has allowed me to witness and navigate multiple market cycles while consistently delivering value to the clients who trust us with their financial futures.
My educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Economics and Healthcare, and a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. I have also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, conferred by the CFP® Board of Standards Inc., following the completion of graduate studies at Florida State University. Additionally, I have fulfilled the educational and examination requirements for the Certified Medical Planner® designation, augmenting my experience in the specialized needs of the medical sector (CMP®). I was honored with the Presidential Recognition Award for "Advancing Quality Advice" from American Express Financial Advisors Inc., in 2001, recognizing my commitment to excellence in client service.
For over thirty-five years, I have assisted individuals in the pursuit of their financial goals and wealth accumulation objectives. My extensive experience encompasses retirement strategies, asset allocation, investment management, education planning, estate planning coordination, and asset protection strategies. Furthermore, I serve as a strategic advisor to select private equity groups. I am dedicated to my profession and derive satisfaction from facilitating clients' achievements and enhancing their financial confidence. This comprehensive approach allows me to address the multifaceted nature of wealth management and provide holistic solutions for our clients.
Outside of the office, I am committed to civic engagement and am currently serving my second term on the foundation boards for Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital and Memorial Health Care, where I contribute to philanthropic initiatives and support the foundation through service on the Investment committees. Previously, I have supported organizations such as the Marti Huizenga Boys and Girls Club, Greater Hollywood YMCA Family Center, Hispanic Unity of Florida, Mobile Pantry, Big Brother and Big Sisters, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and the Hispanic Wealth Initiative. I have devoted over four decades to professional endeavors and raising my family, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I am the father of two adult children, who have established careers as a dentist and a Physician Assistant respectively, and I have been married to my wife for over 38 years. In my leisure time, I enjoy familial activities, travel, golf, cycling, pickleball, and chess.
