I proudly serve as a the Senior Client Service Manager & Director of Operations at Azzendo Wealth Advisors, where my primary responsibilities include complete oversight of new account administration, processing administrative client requests, preparation of client reports, cost basis data management, daily account reconciliations, income distribution, general office administration, and assisting with corporate compliance procedures. I serve as the liaison between our clients and the institutional custodian, establishing seamless communication and coordination. I am also responsible for developing and maintaining strict operational controls to establish that clients receive accurate and timely information, bringing precision and reliability to every aspect of our operations.
I bring over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, along with valuable background from my previous roles at W.W. Grainger and the Pepsi Bottling Group. This diverse experience has provided me with a wealth of experience in process improvement, operations management, and financial planning. My extensive background allows me to identify efficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement systems that enhance our ability to serve clients effectively while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University, where I earned a degree in engineering and graduated with Cum Laude honors. Building upon this strong analytical foundation, I successfully completed both the College for Financial Planning certificate course for financial planners as well as the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards examination. This combination of engineering discipline and financial planning experience enables me to approach complex operational challenges with both technical precision and comprehensive understanding of our clients' financial needs.
I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and have a basic understanding of German, which helps me communicate effectively with our diverse client base. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family, volunteering at my church, and exercising. These activities help me maintain balance and bring renewed energy to my work, while also reflecting my commitment to community service and personal wellness that aligns with the values we uphold at Azzendo Wealth Advisors.
